Give your body a true deep breath with the tools and practice of breathwork therapy. Breathwork meditation encompasses a range of exercises designed to enhance your breath through proper form, posture, inhalation, and exhalation.

Using focused intentional breathing, breathwork therapy improves overall wellness, from mental health to cellular function. With full, satiating breaths in and out, breathwork increases oxygen flow and teaches us how to fully expel stale air from our lungs, disciplining the overactive brain and clearing out stuck energy. This conscious control of the rate, rhythm, and depth of our breath, is a relaxation and meditative technique used to reduce psychological stress, control anxiety and emotion, focus thoughts, and balance the nervous system.

When we think about our breathing, our mind slows down and focuses on the present moment, increasing our concentration and calmness. Breathwork therapy aids in improving health problems associated with chronic stress, greatly reduces blood pressure, and can assist in addiction recovery and the trauma related to it.

What to expect during this session
Although the breathwork session may differ slightly from one practitioner to the next, know that you will use your breath to release blocked energy. Depending on the breathing patterns used, you may feel lightheaded, hot, and/or tingling in your extremities. Be assured that this will pass when the exercise is over. Your video may be on for part or all this session.

In traditional Japanese, the word Reiki translates to “universal life force”. Reiki healing services is a form of therapy using hands on, no touch, and visualization techniques to detect and alleviate energy-flow issues through the physical, emotional, and spiritual body. A Reiki practitioner works methodically across the body, finding areas where energy is blocked or stagnated, whether from physical injury or emotional trauma. By clearing barriers and transferring energy to areas in need, Reiki spiritual healing can relax the mind, improve and/or activate the natural healing processes of the body, and promote overall health and wellbeing.

Reiki, a form of energy healing, helps the flow of energy throughout the body in a way that is similar to acupuncture. In acupuncture, the patient is silent as they lay on a table where needles are placed into points of energy stagnation. On the other hand, with Reiki therapy, the power of healing falls more within the client rather than the practitioner. Reiki treatment can also be done from afar and have the same positive effects. The Reiki healer doesn’t create the healing nor do they create the energy, but they are simply just the channel for the client’s energy. Reiki healing helps restore balance, health, and harmony in the body.

Reiki also aids in emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being by relieving stress and helping clients deal with difficulties. Reiki has been used to help treat cancer, depression, infertiling, autism, and much more. Reiki healing services shouldn’t be used in place of medical treatments, but it can be used to reduce pain and help one relax when dealing with certain health conditions.
What to expect during this session
After a short discussion with your reiki practitioner, you will spend most of the session in silence as the practitioner scans your body locating blocked energy. At the end of the session, you and the practitioner will discuss what they have discovered. During the scanning section of the session, you may experience different physical sensations such as temperature change, tingling, different smells or tastes and different visual sensations. Be aware that some people experience no physical sensation. In either case, be assured that the healing done takes place regardless of your personal experience. Your video may be off for part of this session.
