Ancestral Healing
We enter this world with pieces of our ancestors embedded in our bodies. Whether the color of our eyes or fear that may seem irrational, their imprints help mold the people we are today. Some of these features are genetic and cannot be changed, while others are epigenetic and are triggered by the environment around us. The epigenetics of our ancestors travel from one generation to the next, creating feelings, beliefs and thinking patters that we hold but cannot explain. Ancestral healing allows the practitioner the opportunity to clear out the destructive feelings, beliefs, and thinking patterns and replace them with positive energy affirmations. This clearing experience will likely leave you feeling positive and revitalized, ready to conquer the world.

What to expect during this session
At the beginning of this session, you will speak with your practitioner and explore what parts of your life may need clarification. Your practitioner will then formulate questions that will help narrow down the concerns you have discussed. Once these questions are agreed upon, you will be asked to turn your video off. Your practitioner will then cycle through a variety of words and ancestral generations, identifying the point in your family history that needs clearing. During this time, you should be in a restful position, listening and tuning into your body. You may feel some physical sensations, however, not everyone does. Understand that the clearing is taking place and will continue to do so for days after your session is complete. At the end of the chanting, you will close your session with a short discussion of the descriptive words used to label what patterns needed to be cleared. Your video will be on and off for different parts of this session.

Biofield Tuning
The energy that surrounds and permeates our body is known as the human biofield. Composed of both the measurable, electromagnetic energy and the subtle energy or chi, this human biofield connects our conscious and subconscious mind and can be disrupted by conflict such as physical injury or mental and emotional disorders. Resolve friction and create harmony in your biofield using targeted sound therapy. Biofield Tuning uses a tuning fork to scan the body, detecting turbulence in one’s own energy field and correcting those disturbances. Using the steady vibrations and tones from a tuning fork, a practitioner not only finds areas in need of attention but encourages the body to self tune, relieving tension and resolving the biofield issues. The sound and vibration generated with tuning forks calms the nervous system allowing deep healing to occur.

What to expect during this session
After a short discussion with your practitioner, you will be asked to lay down in a quiet place. The practitioner will then guide you through the body scanning process that they take, commenting about what they come across as they work. You will hear the sound of the tuning forks at work as they are used. During your session you may experience physical sensations such as temperature change, muscle tightening, relaxation or nothing at all. Be aware that everyone’s experience is different and although you may not feel anything during your session, the effect of the work will continue to take place for days and weeks to come. Your video may be off for part of this session.

Breathwork
We take our first breath within ten seconds of coming into the world. For every moment after we continue to breathe life into our bodies and yet, most of us don’t use the proper techniques to optimize this natural bodily function. Give your body a true deep breath with the tools and practice from a breathwork coach. Breathwork encompasses a range of exercises designed to enhance your breath through proper form, posture, inhalation, and exhalation. Using focused intentional breathing, this practice improves overall wellness, from mental health to cellular function. With full, satiating breaths in and out, breathwork increases oxygen flow and teaches us how to fully expel stale air from our lungs,disciplining the overactive brain and clearing out stuck energy. This conscious control of the rate, rhythm, and depth of our breath, is a relaxation and meditative technique used to reduce psychological stress, control anxiety and emotion, focus thoughts, and balance the nervous system.

What to expect during this session
Although the breathwork session may differ slightly from one practitioner to the next, know that you will using your breath to release blocked energy. Depending on the breathing patterns used, you may feel lightheaded, hot, and/or tingling in your extremities. Be assured that this will pass when the exercise is over. Your video may be on for part or all this session.

Crystal Therapy
The Earth is more powerful than we can comprehend and it’s natural elements are conduits for that energy. By tapping into the energetic power of different crystals and harnessing the unique properties help within the stones, we can promote healing throughout the body. Unlock the power within these natural elements to restore balance and enhance energy flow. Crystal healing is a holistic and natural therapy that utilizes the energy stored within crystals to heal the body and mind. Every crystal and mineral is unique, from its color and shape, to its texture and makeup, and when placed on and around the body in specific, deliberate locations, they allow positive healing energy to flow into the body as negative, disease-causing energy flows out. The crystal therapy technique uses the natural, stored energy in the elements surrounding us and channels that energy to induce deep relaxation, release stress and pain, and promote balance within the physical and spiritual bodies.

What to expect during this session
All people and things have energy frequencies. Crystal healing involves using the crystal’s energy to recalibrate our energy to a more high-vibrational, positive state. After a short discussion with your practitioner, he/she will do one or two things:
1. Recommend crystals for you to have in your room, in your hands, in your pocket to carry around, and/or to meditate with for a deeper connection.
2. Send the crystal’s energy to you using reiki or shamanic distance healing for you to feel the crystal healing in real time.

Crystal Therapy is used for:

Emotional Freedom Technique
LIfe comes with many unique challenges. Whether we’ve experienced emotional and physical trauma or encounter daily obstacles that create stress in our lives, learning to process, manage and move past the negative allows us to unlock our potential and help us live our best life possible.  Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) or “tapping”  is a technique that uses light tapping at the end of meridian lines or acupuncture points to physically tap into our personal experiences, releasing the stagnant energy in our bodies to gain clarity. Paired with a discussion on personal concerns and thoughts, every guided tapping session is customized to fit your needs, closing with a meditation or conversation to leave you feeling uninhibited and open for change.

What to expect during this session
At the beginning of your session, the practitioner will explore what part of your life you are seeking support in. You will get clear on statements that feel truthful and authentic to your experience in life. Your practitioner will then guide you through a personalized Emotional Freedom Technique experience and script. By speaking these clear and individual statements outloud and tapping on specific meridian points on your body, you will begin to move stuck energy. This may look like yawning, crying, taking deeper breaths, remembering, laughing, vibration in the body, or nothing at all at first. At the end of the three rounds of tapping, you will close the session with a follow up of how best to take care of yourself moving forward. Your camera will be on for this session.

Emotional Freedom Technique is used for:

Intuitive Coaching
We all look for guidance to live our best life possible, whether it’s in the form of direction, advice, or support. Sometimes that guidance comes from those closest to us such as family and friends and other times we need a professional with the knowledge and skills to help us realize our full potential. Breakthrough barriers and see what you’re capable of. Intuitive Coaching empowers you to change your life and live your purpose by helping you access your intuition. It’s not therapy, psychiatry, or psychology, instead a coach employs emotional and spiritual healing to help people let go of the things holding them back to move forward. By combining the secular elements of life, such as goal setting, habits, and skills, with spiritual principles, Intuitive Coaching helps you introduce new thoughts, make new habits, and integrate powerful changes so you can live the life you want to live.

What to expect during this session
During a session with an intuitive coach you will be asked questions and encouraged to try new thinking and behavior methods. These sessions are typically spent in conversation with your practitioner. We recommend that you come to your session open to be challenged and guided to a new way of thinking. Your video will be on for the duration of this session.

Intuitive Coaching is used for:

Guidance, Trauma healing/recovery.
Reiki
In traditional Japanese, the word Reiki translates to “universal life force”. Our life force within can be high, helping us to live happy, healthy lives but on the flip side when our life force is low it results in being stressed, sick, and overall unwell. Harness the power of energy and increase vitality with a Reiki healer. Reiki is a form of therapy using hands on, no touch, and visualization techniques to detect and alleviate energy-flow issues through the physical, emotional, and spiritual body. A Reiki practitioner works methodically across the body, finding areas where energy is blocked or stagnate, whether from physical injury or emotional trauma. By clearing barriers and transferring energy to areas in need, this practice can relax the mind, improve and/or activate the natural healing processes of the body, and promote overall health and wellbeing.

What to expect during this session
After a short discussion with your reiki practitioner, you will spend most of the session in silence as the practitioner scans your body locating blocked energy. At the end of the session, you and the practitioner will discuss what they have discovered. During the scanning section of the session, you may experience different physical sensations such as temperature change, tingling, different smells or tastes and different visual sensations. Be aware that some people experience no physical sensation. In either case, be assured that the healing done takes place regardless of your personal experience. Your video may be off for part of this session.

Reiki is used for:

Sound Healing
We are surrounded by a variety of sounds from everything around us on a regular basis. Whether is be cars, birds, children or other sounds, our subconscious is effected by them all. So why would sound healing be beneficial if we hear things all the time? Sound healing focuses on the power of vibration and frequency waves. When a sound is played by a particular instrument it produces a certain vibration in the air. Our bodies do what they can to match that vibration creating harmony in the body. Sound healers often use crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, drums, rain sticks and chimes to create this powerful and relaxing experience.  You will leave these sessions deeply relaxed, focused and de-stressed. 

What to expect during this session
Sound healing takes place with the use of a variety of tools used by the practitioner. This session will require that you have a quiet space to rest your body. The practitioner will create different sounds with tools and guides you through the experience with ques of where to focus your energy. Your video may be on or off for this experience.

Sound Healing is used for:

Energy and vitality, General wellness, Stress management.
Somatic Movement
The mind-body connection is a powerful relationship, communicating what our body needs and where – if we know how to listen. Signaling areas of pain, injury, or discomfort, somatics helps us pick up on those cues and connect with our bodies. Expand your mental and physical awareness, listen to your body and learn from it to create healthy movements patterns. A somatic movement is the conscious or deliberate movement of one’s body. By focusing on the internal experience of the movement, what’s happening within the body, rather than the external result, what it looks like from the outside, we can develop a heightened awareness of ourselves to improve movement patterns. From improving sleep and digestion to increasing energy and reducing pain, somatic movement helps us listen to our own body, releasing the emotional or mental stress we hold throughout.

What to expect during this session
During your somatic movement session you will be guided through a variety of movements and breathing patterns. As this is a fully engaged session on your part, be prepared by having a physical space for movements that include standing and laying down. Your video will be on for this session.
